My goal is to teach musicianship and instill a love of music making from the first lesson.

The method book I use is Matthew Hinsley’s Classical Guitar for Young People.

All my lessons are private, and if the student is young, parents are encouraged to attend the lessons.  I teach both hour and half-hour lessons depending on what works best for the student.

I teach at my apartment near the UT campus and charge $70 per hour lesson and $40 per half-hour lesson.  Payment method is negotiated individually.
